You have no right of return for material bought in this shop.
Inquiry/Order
We distinguish between the following business processes:
- Inquiry - material without price (price on request)
- Order - material with price
Inquiry
If you have any materials in the shopping basket without a price (price on request), you complete the procedure with an unbinding inquiry for a quotation. If you have some materials with and some without prices in your shopping basket, it will be handled as an inquiry for a quotation.
You will receive a confirmation by E-mail immediately after sending us the inquiry. In addition we will send you a complete quotation with prices and delivery dates normally within the next three (3) working days.
Order
If all materials in the shopping basket have a price, you complete the procedure with a binding order. You will receive a confirmation by E-mail immediately after sending us the order.
After clarification of the delivery details you will normally receive the complete order confirmation with the delivery date and the shipping conditions within three (3) working days.
Shipping types/Incoterms
We distinguish between the following shipping types:
- Shipment by customer - You as customer are responsible for the transport. The delivery details have to be defined in the remarks (order form).
- Shipment by Buhler - The transport will be handled with the most cost-effective shipping type (airfreight, sea freight or truck). In case of express delivery, please specify clearly in the remarks (order form).
Following Incoterms apply by default: FCA Uzwil (Switzerland). If you require any other incoterms, please specify in the remarks (order form). The delivery freight costs will be charged.
Prices/minimum order value
The material prices are defined as following:
- Net prices
- Incoterms FCA Uzwil (Switzerland), excluding freight costs
- Excluding taxes
- For net prices, no further discounts or other special allowances are permitted
Purchases can be made in either Swiss Francs (CHF) or Euros (EUR).
Our minimum order value is of CHF 150.-- or EUR 100.-- (excl. VAT and shipping/handling). For reasons of economy, orders with a value below this amount are not accepted.
